The Financial Need Today & Into the Future

In June 2009 the Julien Project became a registered Canadian charity. Up until this time, the Julien Project had been heavily reliant on in-kind donations from its committed supporters.  Through grants we currently receive approximately $9 for each participant visit. $9 per visit is not enough when it comes to providing the required garden materials, staff supervision, and renting an indoor workshop. To become sustainable throughout the year and into the future, the Julien Project needs a minimum of $30 per participant visit in additional funding.  We depend on the ongoing generosity of individuals like you who support this innovative work.  Looking forward, the Julien Project would like to expand the number of participant visits and increase winter programming. We would also like to further develop our capacity as a national teaching site for therapeutic gardening and horticultural therapy.

You can help us grow by making a financial donation today.  Visit CanadaHelps to donate now with a secure online donation.  Alternatively, cheques can be made out to “the Julien Project” and sent directly to our mailing address

Registration Number:  825929359RR0001. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all donations over $5.00.
